Olympia Dukakis’ NYC apartment lists for $4.2 million

The Noho estate of actress Olympia Dukakis, who died in May, is being listed by her three children for $4.2 million.

Dukakis won an Academy Award in 1988 for her role in “Moonstruck,” playing an Italian-American mom to Cher. (That same year, Olympia’s cousin Michael Dukakis won the Democratic presidential nomination.)

Her 3,100-square-foot corner apartment, at 684 Broadway, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft-style entertaining space, an open chef’s kitchen and sweeping city views from 15 oversized windows.

The landmarked, 12-story building features key-locked elevators and dates to 1904.

Dukakis was also beloved for her role in “Steel Magnolias,” where her character quipped: “The only thing that separates us from the animals is our ability to accessorize.”

The listing broker is Tami Kurtz, of Triplemint.
