Jennifer Lopez is wearing her wedding ring again – after temporarily taking it off to promote her J.Lo Beauty line this week – amid rumors that she and Ben Affleck are heading toward divorce.
The “On the Floor” hitmaker, 54, was photographed shopping for rose bushes in New York City with her manager, Benny Medina, on Thursday, where her green sparkler from Affleck was hard to miss.
She beat the Independence Day heat in a pair of wide-legged tan slacks and a blue-and-white striped button-down that featured a floral print. She shaded her eyes from the sun with a wide-brimmed hat and accessorized with extra large hoop earrings.
Lopez’s Fourth of July outing in the Big Apple came the morning after Affleck was seen on the opposite coast. He spent time with two of the kids he shares with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, in Los Angeles.
The “Way Back” star, 51, grabbed a bite to eat with Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15, at Kaz The Soba Place along with two of their pals. The group appeared to be in a cheerful mood, with Affleck even sporting a rare smile as his eldest wrapped her arm around his neck.
He also shares 12-year-old son Samuel with Garner, 52.
Affleck and Lopez spent their Fourth of July holidays apart shortly after the singer enjoyed another solo getaway with friends.
Rumors that the two are on the brink of divorce began swirling in May when the “Marry Me” star attended the Met Gala solo.
She also walked the red carpet for the premiere of her most recent Netflix movie, “Atlas,” without Affleck by her side.
Since then, Lopez has reportedly given up on trying to save their marriage as she feels she “can do no more” to help it, an insider told the Daily Mail.
A source told Page Six in May that Affleck would “divorce on grounds of temporary insanity” if he could.
Meanwhile, a second insider close to the estranged couple told Page Six earlier this week that they have been over since March – but noted that the actor remains “very protective” over Lopez.
It was reported last week that Affleck moved all his belongings out of his and Lopez’s shared Los Angeles mansion – which they’re trying to sell – while the singer was vacationing in Italy.
The pair married in Las Vegas in July 2022 and celebrated with a formal ceremony for family and friends at Affleck’s Georgia estate the following month.
The “Gigli” co-stars were originally engaged in the early aughts before calling it off in 2004.
