Jennifer Lopez drops jaws in edgy silver breastplate alongside Eva Longoria and Alexandra Daddario as they lead stars at ELLE’s Women In Hollywood event

Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria, and Alexandra Daddario brought the glamour to the red carpet at ELLE’s Women In Hollywood event in Los Angeles on Tuesday. 

The singer, 54, sizzled at the bash, held at Nya Studios, wearing a unique silver breastplate that showed off her toned midriff and a glimpse of her underboob. 

The edgy top was attached to a black maxi skirt that clung to her formidable figure. The Mother star added height to her look with a pair of black heels.

She was joined by husband Ben Affleck, 51, and was pictured planting an affectionate kiss on him in front of the shutterbugs. The actor looked dapper in a black velvet suit and tie.

The event celebrates the nine 2023 ELLE Women in Hollywood honorees who are making creative and cultural changes in the industry: Lopez, Longoria, Jodie Foster, Taraji P. Henson, America Ferrera, Danielle Brooks, Greta Lee, Fantasia Barrino Taylor, and Lily Gladstone.

The Jenny From The Block singer accessorized the glam ensemble with a pair of statement diamond alligator earrings, and wore bronze glam for the evening. 

In her Elle cover story, Lopez discussed the power of women. ‘We have to be able to stand in our own power and say, “We’re not just on the periphery.”‘

Meanwhile the Desperate Housewives star, 48, looked incredible in a metallic silver maxi gown. Her dress featured a low-cut cleavage and rhinestone embellished straps. 

The actress wore her brunette tresses parted on the side and brushed back for the occasion.

Longoria told Elle about why it’s so important for her to tell complex Latin stories on the big screen. ‘Hollywood gets to decide what heroes look like, and they never look like us.’

Eva also posed alongside Amazon mogul Jeff Bezos’ fiancée Lauren Sanchez, 53, who sizzled in a busty black mini dress.

Sanchez paired her sultry ensemble with open-toe black heels that showed off her dark manicure. She sparkled up her outfit with a gold necklace, diamond earrings, and her stunning engagement ring.

White Lotus star Alexandra, 37, put on a very busty display in a brown sequin dress with a cleavage cut-out for the night. Her brunette tresses were slicked back and she wore red lipstick for the night. 

Jameela Jamil, 37, opted for a chic structured gold mini dress, and matching gold heels.

Terri Seymour, 50, was a vision in a classy long black gown with a cleavage cut-out. 

America Ferrera, 39, had all eyes on her in a sizzling sleeveless lace-up black corset dress that showed off her toned arms.

The Barbie star accessorized with a layered diamond necklace and dangling earrings.

Alicia Silverstone, 47, wore a black lace bra underneath a crisp white pantsuit. 

Bebe Rexha, 34, showed off her hourglass curves in a tight-fitting glamorous black gown.

The songstress wore her platinum blonde tresses in a straight style.

Madison Beer, 24, put on a very busty display in a plunging beige halter mini dress and black heels. She accessorized with chunky gold earrings.

Oprah Winfrey, 69, looked chic in a black sequin jacket and pants. For a pop of color she added a violet purse and heels.

Ariana Greenblatt, 16, was a vision in a white halter neck gown with a flower detail and a thigh-high side slit. 

Kate Beckinsale, 50, was the vision of elegance in a lovely black gown adorned with colorful stones and with side cut-outs. 

Jodie Foster, 61, rocked a chic black pantsuit with a black clutch and matching heels. The Silence of the Lambs star accessorized with a gold chain.

Jodie also posed with The Last of Us star Bella Ramsey, 20, who rocked a pinstripe suit for the evening. 

Kerry Washington, 46, kept it casual and chic in a black jumpsuit and a white lace fringe shawl. 

Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor, 28, cut a glamorous figure in a pastel yellow silk dress with a ruffled trim. 

Schitt’s Creek star Catherine O’Hara, 69, wore a stylish black tuxedo with a white shirt. 

KaMillion thrilled in a mermaid tail light pink gown.

Phylicia Pearl wore a fun black tulle layered gown with bright pink heels.

Alexandra Shipp, 32, showed off her enviable figure in a flowing white gown.

Karen David was a breath of fresh air in white floral gown.

Nia Vardalos, 61, was festive in a black velvet mini with a lace collar, fishnet stockings and black heels.

Colman Domingo, 54, looked handsome as ever in a white tuxedo jacket, black pants and a bowtie.

Andra Day, 38, put her taut tummy on display in a shimmering silver bra, cropped jacket and matching pants.

Monique Coleman opted for a more understated grey suit.

Sofia Carson was the epitome of sophistication in a black velvet gown and black blazer.

Zooey Deschanel, 43, looked elegant in a sleeveless black velvet dress with silver embellishments. Completing her look was a matching clutch and a number of silver accessories.

Taraji P. Henson, 53, channeled old Hollywood glamour in an off-shoulder ruched black gown. 

Killers of the Flower Moon star Lily Gladstone, 37, wore a busty black dress with a floral embellishment. 

Normani, 27, looked magnificent in a zip-up black leather gown, which she teamed with chunky jewelry. 

Natasha Lyonne, 44, looked cool as ever in a lace trimmed black dress, with she paired with a gold chain. 

Dominique Fishback, 32, looked red hot in a fiery silk gown with a cape. 

Lake Bell, 44, wore a black blazer over metallic gold pants. Battling it out with her for the ‘coolest pants at the event’ award was Marcia Gay Harden, 64, who sported a pair of red plaid trousers.

Danielle Brooks, 34, kept it cool in a light wash denim dress with a ruffled bottom, and a red purse. She mingled with The Last Voyage of the Demeter star Corey Hawkins, 35, who sported a grey suit.

Nina Garcia, 58, took the plunge in a black shimmering low-cut gown. 

Fantasia Barrino, 39, rocked a sparkling blue bodysuit with a blue sarong. 

Stephanie Hsu, 33, wore a classy black suit. 

Isabela Merced, 22, opted for a bright look in a green double breasted suit. Daisy O’Dell smoldered in a cheetah-print halter neck dress.

Nicole Ari Parker, 53, wore a theatrical one-sleeve black and white gown. She was joined by husband Boris Kodjoe, 50, who sported a grey suit.

Ashley Tisdale, 38, cut a smart figure in a black suit and white button up. 

Jurnee Smollett, 37 – the sister of Jussie Smollett – looked breathtaking in a form-hugging one-shoulder black and white gown.

Greta Lee, 40, stunned in a chic light grey dress which she paired with a silver bangle.

Others in attendance included Bonnie Stoll, Diana Nyad, Janae Collins, Auli’i Cravalho and more.

While picking out this year’s honorees Elle’s editors worked with SAG-AFTRA during its recent strike to ensure that they adhered to union guidelines, according to the publication.

The honorees were ‘permitted to be photographed and speak about their careers generally’ and any particular acting projects they discussed were not subject to the strike or were added in after the strike ended.
