Khloe Kardashian ‘approves’ of Kim Kardashian romancing Odell Beckham Jr.

Khloe Kardashian was first romantically linked to Odell Beckham Jr. years before her sister Kim Kardashian began dating the handsome sportsman.

But insiders inform tell DailyMail.com there is no animosity about the romance.

‘Khloe has fully given Kim’s blessing to go for it,’ an insider reveals, adding: ‘It was nothing serious between Odell and Khloe — they had a few flirtatious moments. Khloe ultimately wants Kim to find someone and be happy.’

Khloe, 39, was linked to Odell, 31, back in 2016, with MediaTakeOut claiming they had been seeing each for a few months at the time. 

One Twitter user shared a video of the rumored couple together at 1 OAK nightclub in Las Vegas, where they were celebrating Scott Disick’s birthday. 

And they were together again for Drake’s Memorial Day pool party in Hidden Hills. 

Images obtained by TMZ at the time showed the reality star looking very cosy with the athlete as they cuddled up inside the party.

A source told the publication that Khloe and Odell ‘looked like a couple’ and were ‘definitely into each other.’

However not everyone was convinced, with a source telling Entertainment Tonight that the pair had only ‘hung out twice.’

Another source insisted to Us Weekly they weren’t in a relationship either, claiming they were ‘just flirting at a party’.

Khloe ultimately moved on with Tristan Thompson, whom she shares two children with, while Odell began a relationship with Lauren Wood in 2019.

Odell and Lauren, a model, welcomed son Zydyn two years ago before ending their romance in 2023.

While Khloe has given Kim the stamp of approval over her latest romance, she notably severed ties with one close family friend who interfered with her love life.

In 2019, Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods shared a drunken kiss with Tristan at a party. At the time, Tristan was dating Khloe, and the betrayal erupted into a massive scandal that saw her fall from the good graces of the Kardashian family. 

It also ended Khloe’s relationship with Tristan, though they would go on to reconcile in the years to follow and welcome a second child together.

The fallout from the scandal played out on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and Khloe infamously called out Jordyn on Twitter after Woods appeared on Red Table Talk to share her side of the story.

‘Why are you lying @jordynwoods?? If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!’ Khloe snapped on Twitter.

After admitting to the kiss, Jordyn’s friendship with Kylie quickly came to an end, and her close relationship with the Kardashian/Jenner family was also no longer existent. However, last year they were pictured grabbing dinner together in exclusive DailyMail.com photos. 

In the case of Kim and Odell, however, Khloe has given the new couple her approval.

The insister insists Khloe never had any ‘particularly strong feelings’ towards Odell.

‘She thinks Odell and Kim are a cute match, she is supportive of them.’

Earlier this month DailyMail.com revealed Kim and Odell are exclusively dating.

The reality star, 43, and the athlete have publicly been linked since September 2023 when speculation began to mount about a potential connection between the pair.

A source told DailyMail.com on Friday, ‘Kim has been romantically involved with Odell since last summer and thought she had managed to keep it under wraps. She is not seeing anyone else right now — at least not that her close friends know of.’

According to the insider, both Kardashian and Beckham Jr. — who are rumored to attend the Super Bowl together — made the decision to remain private to prevent rumors that the SKIMS founder was a ‘homewrecker.’ 

The two stars initially started ‘hanging out’ shortly after the football player’s split from girlfriend Lauren which was announced in September of last year. The former couple share one-year-old son Zydn.

‘Kim really wanted to keep this romance private for two reasons. One is that he has a one-year-old son with his ex Lauren Woods.’

‘They both wanted to avoid any speculation that he left Lauren for Kim — branding Kim a homewrecker,’ the source continued.

‘The second reason is to avoid the backlash from Kanye. After what Kanye put Pete Davidson through, Kim wants to avoid that at all costs. It is only a matter of time now before Kanye says something publicly, but he has no solid proof.’
