SAG Awards Nominations 2024: Full List

The 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations were announced Wednesday morning by Kumail Nanjiani and Issa Rae, who picked up two cast nominations for “Barbie” and “American Fiction.”

The 30th annual ceremony is integral to the awards season, serving as a crucial barometer for predicting future Academy Award winners. A few weeks before the 95th Oscars, the multiverse comedy “Everything Everywhere All at Once” won four awards at the SAG Awards, breaking the record for most wins by a single film, along with its distributor A24 becoming the first studio to sweep every major category, also winning best actor for Brendan Fraser (“The Whale”).

Since its inception in 1995, only four movies have won best picture at the Oscars without receiving a nom from SAG for cast ensemble: “Braveheart” (1995), “The Shape of Water” (2017), “Green Book” (2018) and “Nomadland” (2020).

The 30th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony will stream live globally on Netflix for the first time this year as part of their multi-year deal.
