The political divide not as complicated as people think
I am tired of people saying they don’t understand today’s political divide in America. What’s not to understand?
One party wants to include all Americans and believes everyone deserves to be treated equally, with dignity and respect and they want to prohibit discrimination based on gender, race, age, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, gender identity or sexual orientation. One party doesn’t.
One party believes women should never forfeit control of their body to the government at any time during their lifetime. One party doesn’t.
One party believes sensible gun legislation can reduce gun violence. One party doesn’t.
One party believes all individuals and corporations should pay their fair share of taxes. One party doesn’t.
One party believes in “trickle-down economy.” One party doesn’t.
One party believes in science. One party doesn’t.
One party believes the healthcare system, including the insurance, and pharmaceutical companies need major reform. One party doesn’t.
One party wants to turn back the hands of time. One party wants to use history to learn and prepare for the future.

Vulgar political signage bad for children
I see “F**k Biden” (many completely spelled out) bumper stickers, tee shirts, hats, lawn signs and banners throughout our community.
Simply curious. Are the people who display them members of the same cult that claim to be concerned about what our children read?
