Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son Christian “King” Combs has been accused of sexual assault in a new lawsuit, according to reports.
In the suit filed Thursday, Grace O’Marcaigh alleges that rapper Christian Combs, 26, sexually assaulted her in late December 2022, according to filings from Los Angeles County Superior Court obtained by NBC News and Rolling Stone.
The alleged assault occurred days before Diddy put on a star-studded New Year’s Eve yacht party. The music mogul is being sued for premises liability, because he allegedly chartered the yacht, plus aiding and abetting his youngest son.
In the lawsuit, Christian Combs is accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment and causing emotional distress.
Reps for Combs and O’Marcaigh did not respond to immediate requests for comment.
The lawyer for O’Marcaigh, Tyrone Blackburn, is also representing Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a producer on Diddy’s latest album who accused the music mogul of sexual assault and harrasment.
